SMS Messaging
By texting the Happy Jeanne number, or by submitting your number in a form on our website, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from our service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Group Conversations
If Jeanne is part of a group text, she reads the messages sent to the group and replies to the whole group. Everyone in the group sees what Jeanne sends, and Jeanne may pass along what one participant said to the others in that conversation, for example to help the group agree on a plan.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the service (such as SMS infrastructure providers), subject to confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account, conversation history, and all associated personal information in a single transaction. We keep a record of your consent to receive texts and of any opt-out request after your account is deleted, so that we can show when you agreed to receive texts and keep honoring an opt-out.
